Harvey Nichols Riyadh Launches Creative Japan Fashion Fair

Riyadh’s fashion scene has definitely been red hot at the launch of the Creative Japan Fashion fair at Harvey Nichols Riyadh on Monday.

The event was kicked off with speeches from her Royal Highness Princess Noura bint Bandar bin Sultan Al Saud and several Japanese delegates from Japan Fashion Week Organization and the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry and the Japan External Trade Organization (Jetro).

More than 50 media attendees were present to cover the event ranging from reporters, photographers and fashion bloggers. It was also surprising to see Japanese and Saudi fashionistas mixing so well! Everybody went Ga-ga over Issey Miyake’s Bao Bao bags and A Degree Farnhnheit’s impeccable designs.

Harvey Nichols Riyadh almost felt like a Japanese department store too. Walking in you grab a sushi being served to you while you make your way over to introduce yourself to a Japanese designer, all that while oogling that cute stationary from Pilot.

Make sure  to visit this unique exhibition at Harvey Nichols Riyadh which is open until the 10th of March.
