Thursday 23rd April, London To celebrate her appointment as the inaugural Jo Malone London Girl, Poppy Delevingne hosted The Blossom Ball at the Jo Malone London Townhouse. Dressed at Claridge’s, Poppy arrived at the ball in a fragrant cloud of Peony & Blush Suede and Tuberose Angelica, by Jo Malone London. She wore a couture blue chiffon Jonathan Saunders gown, created for the occasion, paired with Nicholas Kirkwood glitter Carnaby sandals.
In true British style, Poppy Delevingne, Matthew Williamson and Savannah Miller arrived in Aston Martins. Scarlet & Violet filled the eighteenth century Jo Malone London Townhouse with wild and unruly spring flowers woven through every room and over the kissing swing. The whole house was scented with Orange Blossom and Lime Basil & Mandarin candles.
Guests enjoyed posh junk food served up by Cellar Society, English sparkling wine by Nyetimber alongside “Poptails” including Snap, Crackle & Popdog created with Gilpins. Three & A Half Men serenaded guests until after dark when Mary Charteris set the beat for dancing and Hugo Heathcote took them through to the early hours.
‘Tonight’s been bonkers and brilliant, filled with friends, flowers and fragrance. I’m still finding petals in my hair’ —Poppy Delevingne WHO
