Suzy Menkes has established herself as the pre-eminent fashion critic in the world in the past 25 years while covering fashion for the Paris-based International Herald Tribune, which last October rebranded itself as The International New York Times. She will have a permanent presence on Vogue websites in the international markets, including Britain, France, Italy, China, Russia, Japan, Germany and Spain.She will have the title International Vogue Editor.

In addition to her work as a journalist, Suzy Menkes will take a lead role in organising an annual conference devoted to the luxury goods industry under the auspices of Condé Nast International. Additional details of the conference will be announced at a future date.
